Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Items

All vintage, one-of-a-kind, and marked final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These pieces are carefully selected and sold as-is, with their unique character and history considered part of their charm.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Village is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Local Pickup

Orders picked up locally are subject to the same return guidelines.
